- 1 cup Cottage Cheese (Full Fat / 4%)
- 2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste or Extract
- 1/3 cup Fresh Strawberries (Sliced thin)
- 2 tbsp Chopped Pecans or Almonds
- 1 tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Blend: Combine cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla in a blender. Process for 60 seconds until silky smooth.
- Spread: Pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Top: Sprinkle fresh fruit, nuts, and chocolate chips over the top. Press them gently into the base.
- Freeze: Freeze for 3-4 hours until solid.
- Snap: Remove from the parchment and break into shards with your hands. Serve frozen.
