Description

This viral Cottage Cheese Flatbread is the ultimate high protein bread. Made with just 2 ingredients, it packs 30g of protein and is perfect for wraps and sandwiches.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Full Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning (optional)
  • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a quarter sheet pan (9×13) with parchment paper and lightly spray with oil. Do not use foil.
  2. Blend: Add cottage cheese, eggs, and seasonings to a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy. Ensure no lumps remain.
  3. Pour: Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread it out evenly to the edges using a spatula.
  4. Bake: Bake for 30-40 minutes. The flatbread is done when it is golden brown all over and dry to the touch in the center.
  5. Cool: Let it cool completely in the pan (about 10-15 minutes). This allows it to set so you can peel it off the parchment easily.
  6. Fill & Roll: Add your favorite sandwich fillings, roll it up tightly, and enjoy!
