- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- ⅓ cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or smooth)
- Optional: chopped pecans or walnuts
- Optional: fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs
- Optional: 1 egg + 1 tsp water for egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 12 squares.
- Place one square in each muffin cup and press down gently.
- Add a cube of brie into each cup.
- Spoon ½–1 tsp cranberry sauce over the cheese.

- Brush pastry edges with egg wash (optional).
