Description

Chewy, buttery chocolate chip cookies packed with festive sprinkles and finished with candy eyes. Perfect Halloween chocolate chip cookies for parties or family fun.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar (67 g)
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar (100 g)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (186 g)
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
  • ½¾ cup Halloween sprinkles
  • Candy eyes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  2. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  3. Whisk flour, salt, and baking soda, then add to wet ingredients.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and sprinkles.
  5. Scoop dough into 2-tbsp balls, cover, and chill 1–2 hours.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Place dough balls on lined sheet, 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake 11–13 minutes until edges are golden.
  9. Immediately press candy eyes into warm cookies.
  10. Cool and enjoy.

  • Chill dough at least 1.5 hours for best shape and flavor.
