Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and chocolate together until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- Whisk sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl. Add melted chocolate mixture.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold gently until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 25–30 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
- Spread colored frosting over each square.
- Add candy eyeballs, sprinkles, and mini cookies to create monster faces.
- Serve immediately or store as directed.
