Description

A healthy, high-protein twist on the nostalgic 90s snack! This 3-ingredient High Protein Dunkaroo Dip tastes just like cake batter frosting but is made with Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt (thick variety like Fage)
  • 1 scoop Vanilla or Cake Batter Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp Rainbow Sprinkles
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
  • 12 tsp Milk or Water (to adjust consistency)
  • For Dipping: Apple slices, strawberries, animal crackers, or graham crackers.

Instructions

  1. Combine: In a small bowl, add the Greek yogurt and protein powder.
  2. Mix: Stir slowly at first, then vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth and thick.
  3. Flavor: Stir in the vanilla extract (if using).
  4. Sprinkle: Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles.
  5. Adjust: If the dip is too thick, add a teaspoon of milk at a time until it reaches your desired consistency.
  6. Serve: Serve immediately with fruit or crackers!

Notes

  • Storage: Keeps in the fridge for 3-4 days. Stir before eating.
  • Fluffy Version: Fold in 2 tbsp Cool Whip for a mousse-like texture.
  • Vegan: Use dairy-free yogurt and plant-based protein.
