A healthy, high-protein twist on the nostalgic 90s snack! This 3-ingredient High Protein Dunkaroo Dip tastes just like cake batter frosting but is made with Greek yogurt.

- 1 cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt (thick variety like Fage)
- 1 scoop Vanilla or Cake Batter Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp Rainbow Sprinkles
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
- 1–2 tsp Milk or Water (to adjust consistency)
- For Dipping: Apple slices, strawberries, animal crackers, or graham crackers.
Instructions
- Combine: In a small bowl, add the Greek yogurt and protein powder.
- Mix: Stir slowly at first, then vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth and thick.
- Flavor: Stir in the vanilla extract (if using).
- Sprinkle: Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles.
- Adjust: If the dip is too thick, add a teaspoon of milk at a time until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Serve: Serve immediately with fruit or crackers!
