Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups cookies – finely ground
- 1 cup Coca-Cola
- 4 oz chocolate – melted
- 2 oz butter – melted
- 12 oz white chocolate – divided
- Black icing gel or edible marker
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground cookies and Coca-Cola. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add the melted chocolate and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt 10 oz of white chocolate. Dip each frozen ball into the chocolate using a fork, then place back on the tray. Freeze again for 10 minutes.
- Melt the remaining 2 oz of white chocolate. Transfer to a piping or Ziploc bag, snip the corner, and drizzle over truffles in zigzag lines to resemble mummy wraps.
- Add two small dots with black icing gel to create the eyes. Chill until ready to serve.
Notes
- You can use any dry cookies—chocolate, vanilla wafers, or even graham crackers.
- Make it gluten-free by using gluten-free cookies.
- For a deeper flavor, replace Coca-Cola with brewed coffee.
- Store in the fridge for up to 10 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
